Remotes Unlimited (RUI) needed a custom search engine,  the Fob Finder, which allows a customer to search 13,000 different ways to find the right product. We built a custom inventory system which allowed them to define how an item could be searched. Once a product is found, the site uses osCommerce to handle the checkout and order processing – saving significantly on development time for a custom store. Triggers in the database automatially synch RUI’s custom product tables to the osCommerce store.
